Marketing Tools
The NCCA gives out more than 500 referrals a year to consumers looking for contractors. Members are also marketed for free through our online contractor directory and in 12,000 copies of our annual Guide to Building & Remodeling. Member-to-member advertising and other promotional opportunities are also available.
Project Tools
Large format blueprint copies, scanning and plan archiving, construction contracts, and other services are available right in the NCCA building.

A principal objective of the NCCA is to promote and encourage the safety of members and their employees. The NCCA encourages safety programs by and for its members and assists in implementing such programs.
MEMBER INSURANCE PROGRAMS
The Nevada County Contractors' Association offers group insurance programs to its members in Workers' Compensation, Liability, and Health Insurance. For many participating NCCA members, the savings more than pays for their low annual NCCA membership dues.

NCCA Political Action Committee
Members of the Nevada County Contractors' Association become part of a respected advocate. The NCCA-PAC is committed to build strong relationships at the local government level that benefit our members, our industry, and most importantly our community.
Vision
To promote and strive for the improvement of government by encouraging and stimulating the construction industry and their associations and others to take a more active and effective part in governmental affairs
Voice
We collaborate with others in developing data-driven policy solutions that bolster our economy. Our focus is on building consensus around solution-oriented proposals. NCCA-PAC meets with local government elected officials and senior-level staff to discuss policy issues affecting the industry and to advocate for our policy positions.
Value
Without NCCA-PAC, decisions affecting the future of the industry will be influenced by other industries and voluntary contributions of our membership that NCCA-PAC can help preserve a positive political climate for the building industry in Nevada County.
Our Purpose
To assist the construction industry, their associates, personnel, and others in organizing themselves for more effective political action and for carrying out their other civic responsibilities.
To encourage maximum participation in political affairs of other organizations having concerns common to the construction industry. To support local candidates for election to City and County for political offices, to the local elected boards, and other public offices.
To work for the appointment of objective-minded individuals to local Boards and Commissions.
To support legislative matters that would be of concern to the construction industry.
To support the activities of other organizations that support the goals of the construction industry.

The NCCA-PAC is a sponsored Committee of the Nevada County Contractors' Association. It is solely supported by donations and is regulated by the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC). FPPC # 1229859
