VIEW RESIDENTIAL FLOOR PLAN LIBRARY

When you elect to “begin the process” of getting access to the plans, you will be connected to the Design Professional who drew and owns the plans. This professional can work with you to prepare the plans for your unique property. However, some challenging topographies, soils, and site specifics may require additional design work outside of master planning. There are many steps to get a “site plan” ready for your property and the Design Professional will walk you through this. For more information, please email office@nccabuildingpros.com.

 

Step 1 – Select a design that you like. 

Step 2 – Read and agree to terms and conditions 

Step 3 – Fill out contact info and which design you like

Step 4 – Ncca will put you in contact with the Design Professional

Step 5 – Design Professional will work with you to create a site plan and plan submittal set

Step 6 – Design Professional will submit plans to the County for approval and permit issuance

 

In a relatively short amount of time, the permit will be issued.  All Fiver Fire County building permit fees are waived for projects submitted to the County by August 10, 2022
