SAFETY INFORMATION
A principal objective of the NCCA-State Fund Group Comp Program is to promote and encourage the safety of members employees. The NCCA shall encourage safety programs by and for its members, and assist in implementing such programs.
State Fund's highly trained safety consultants work closely with NCCA and its participating firms to offer a variety of loss control services, customized to meet the needs of the construction industry:
- Safety Surveys - Analysis of accidents, trends, and inspections of current hazards
- CAL-OSHA Counseling - Interpretation of safety rules and regulations to help you comply with the law (and avoid fines!)
- Safety Programs - Training especially tailored for the needs of construction industry businesses
- Loss Analysis Reports - Summaries of your own workplace accidents and costs to help reduce them in the future!
- Emergency Care Planning - Assistance in setting up first-aid procedures that work for your company!

Free Safety Materials
A variety of safety posters, brochures, videotapes, newsletters, and similar materials are available free to all participants in the NCCA-State
Fund Group Comp Program. Additional safety articles and tips are provided by NCCA to communicate to its members through our Weekly Bulletin.
Workplace
Postings
In California, all employers must
meet workplace posting obligations. Workplace postings are usually available
at no cost at the NCCA for all NCCA Members and participants in the NCCA
State Fund Group Program. The Department of Industrial Relations requires
employers to post information related to wages, hours and working conditions
in an area frequented by employees where it may be easily read during the
workday. Additional posting requirements apply to some workplaces.

Annual Safety Seminars
In cooperation with NCCA, State Fund provides a host of educational safety seminars and workshops throughout the year to help you increase safety awareness among your employees and staff.
